Terms and Conditions of Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl as of January 5, 2026
I. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
1. Client – an entrepreneur conducting business activity and making purchases related to such activity, not being a consumer; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality to which specific provisions grant legal capacity, who places Orders within Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl;
2. Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl – the Online Sales and Customer Service Platform available at www.Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl, through which the Client may, in particular, place orders, available under the “Shop” tab;
3. Goods – products presented on Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl;
4. Order – a Client’s offer specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods, delivery address, and payment method;
5. Design – an electronic file or description defining the appearance of Goods produced under an individual Order;
6. Printing House – Drukarnia Hologramy Sp. z o.o., ul. Kościuszki 5, 05-092 Łomianki;
7. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
II. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl.
2.2. Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl is operated by “Drukarnia Hologramy Sp. z o.o.”, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 5, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland, KRS: 0000390130, NIP: 118-20-73-352, EU VAT ID: PL118-20-73-352, BDO: 000039984, Packaging Register: DE3539504911755, REGON: 143149872.
2.4. These Terms and Conditions specify in particular:
a) the rules for registration and use of an account within Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl;
b) the terms and conditions for electronic reservation of products available on Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl;
c) the terms and conditions for placing Orders electronically within Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl;
e) the rules for using the newsletter service.
2.5. Use of Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl is possible provided that the Client’s ICT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a) an Internet browser with JavaScript, CSS, and Cookies enabled.
2.6. In order to use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl, the Client should independently obtain access to a computer workstation or end device with Internet access.
2.7. In accordance with applicable law, the Printing House reserves the right to refuse to provide services via Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl to persons under 18 years of age.
2.8. Clients may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link available on the homepage https://www.drukarnia-suchecki.pl/en/content/terms-and-conditions, and may download and print them.
2.9. Information about the Goods provided on https://www.drukarnia-suchecki.pl, including descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitutes an invitation to submit an offer. For the avoidance of doubt, descriptions of Goods, prices, and any other information published on https://www.drukarnia-suchecki.pl do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2.10. Due to the nature of the offered goods, such as warranty seals or holograms, the Printing House directs its offer presented on Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl exclusively to legal persons, organizational units without legal personality granted legal capacity, and natural persons conducting business activity and placing Orders within such activity. In particular, consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code may not use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl.
2.11. For the protection of copyright and fair play principles, the Printing House reserves the right not to fulfill an order placed by a Client whose data cannot be verified in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or the National Court Register, or in the case of a foreign entity, in the relevant register.
III. Rules for Using Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl
3.1. Registration is required in order to start using Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl.
3.2. Registration is performed by completing and accepting the registration form available on one of the pages of Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl.
3.3. A condition for registration is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and provision of personal data marked as mandatory.
3.4. The Printing House may deprive the Client of the right to use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl or limit access to part or all of the website resources with immediate effect if the Client violates these Terms and Conditions, in particular if the Client:
a) provided false, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading data during registration, or data infringing the rights of third parties;
b) violated personal rights of third parties via Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl, in particular the personal rights of other clients;
c) engaged in other conduct deemed by the Printing House to be unlawful, contrary to general Internet usage rules, or harmful to the reputation of the Printing House.
3.5. A person deprived of the right to use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl may not re-register without prior consent of the Printing House.
3.6. To ensure the security of data transmission, the Printing House applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk, including measures preventing unauthorized access or modification of personal data transmitted over the Internet.
3.7. The Client is obliged in particular to:
a) refrain from providing or transmitting content prohibited by law;
b) use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl in a manner that does not disrupt its operation;
c) refrain from actions such as sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam);
d) use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl in a manner not burdensome to other Clients or the Printing House;
e) use all content available on Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl solely for personal use;
f) use Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl in compliance with Polish law, these Terms and Conditions, and general Internet usage rules.
IV. Order Placement Procedure
4.1. To place an Order via Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl, the Client must visit www.drukarnia-suchecki.pl, select the type of Goods and, if applicable, their specification, following the on-screen instructions.
4.2. Goods are selected by adding them to the shopping cart.
4.3. Until the “Place Order” button is clicked, the Client may modify entered data and selected Goods.
4.4. After providing all required data, an Order summary will be displayed, including information on:
a) the subject of the Order;
b) unit and total price, including delivery and additional costs (if any);
c) selected payment method;
d) selected delivery method;
e) additional fulfillment conditions.
4.5. Submitting an Order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, provision of mandatory personal data, and clicking the “Place Order” button.
4.6. Submission of an Order constitutes an offer by the Client.
4.7. After placing an Order, the Client receives an email confirming all key elements, including production and shipping timelines and any request for design approval.
4.8. In exceptional cases, the Printing House allows Order cancellation after design approval, subject to written confirmation.
4.9. In exceptional cases, Order cancellation after production start may be permitted under individually agreed conditions.
4.10. The Printing House may require partial or full prepayment. Refusal may result in Order rejection.
4.11. The Client has no right of withdrawal for non-prefabricated goods produced to individual specifications, including printed materials made to custom designs.
4.12 The Printing House reserves the right to refuse to process an Order if the print materials provided by the Customer do not allow for the production of an aesthetically satisfactory product and there is a high likelihood that the Customer will be dissatisfied with the final goods received.
4.13 The Printing House reserves the right to refuse to process an Order if the print materials provided by the Customer require a printing method different from the one selected by the Customer. In particular, this applies where the Customer orders CMYK printing, but the given design (e.g. photographs) should also be printed using additional Pantone colours.
V. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5.2. Delivery is carried out via own transport or courier service.
5.3. The Order fulfillment period is calculated from the date of production confirmation.

VI. Prices and Payment Methods
6.1. Prices are net prices in Polish zloty; VAT is calculated at checkout.
6.2. Available payment methods include bank transfer, cash, credit limit for regular clients, cash on delivery, and electronic payments.
6.3. For electronic payments, the Client consents to the transfer of necessary personal data to the payment service provider.
VII. Warranty and Complaints
7.1. The Printing House grants a two-year warranty unless stated otherwise.
7.2. Repairs and returns are handled exclusively at the Printing House premises.
7.3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
7.4. Complained goods must be delivered at the sender’s expense.
7.5. A detailed description of the defect and proof of purchase must be attached.
7.6. Return transport after repair or replacement is at the Printing House’s expense.
7.7. Warranty does not cover mechanical damage or improper use.
7.8. Post-warranty service is available for a fee.
7.9. Post-warranty repair costs are determined individually.
7.10. Goods without confirmed defects may be returned at the Client’s expense.
7.11. Minor color differences due to printing limitations are not subject to complaint.
VIII. Complaints Regarding Electronic Services
8.1. The Printing House ensures proper operation of Drukarnia-Suchecki.pl.
8.2. Clients must report irregularities promptly.
8.3. Complaints may be submitted in writing, by email, or via the contact form.
8.4. Complaints should include personal details and a description of the issue.
8.5. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
IX. Newsletter Service
9.1. The Newsletter may contain commercial information.
9.2. The Newsletter is free of charge.
9.3. Subscription requires email registration and confirmation.
9.4. Activation constitutes a Newsletter service agreement.
9.5. Unsubscription is possible at any time.
9.6. Resubscription is possible at any time.
9.7. Email addresses are processed in accordance with applicable law and not shared with third parties.
X. Personal Data Processing under GDPR
10.1. Clients provide personal data during registration or order placement.
10.2. The Printing House processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

10.4. Data processing purposes include contract execution, newsletters, complaints handling, and customer service.
10.5. Data is also processed for marketing, analytics, and legal compliance.
10.6. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
10.7. Providing data is required to conclude a contract.
10.8. Data may be shared with couriers, payment providers, and authorities.
10.9. Data is stored as required by law.
10.10. Data may be profiled.
10.11. Clients may object to data processing.
10.12. Clients may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
10.13. Data is not transferred outside the EEA.
XI. Final Provisions
11.1. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Printing House’s seat.
11.2. Polish law applies.
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Polish and English. In the event of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
